Saturday 15 November at midday, hosted by Clotaire Poirier, finalist of Top Chef 2024, in French.

En 2025, le Valais célèbre la 100ème vendange de la Syrah, cépage rhodanien aujourd’hui emblématique de la région. Pour marquer cette étape symbolique, le Dr José Vouillamoz vous propose cette Masterclass "Centenaire de la Syrah en Valais", comprenant la dégustation de Syrah médaillées d'or lors de la Sélection des Vins du Valais, en partenariat avec Swiss Wine Valais.
